Coriander - My Favorite Herb in the Chinese Kitchen

Before coming to China I can’t recall eating a lot of coriander. Since I first tasted it, I can’t imagine cooking without it.

    It looks like parsley, doesn’t it? I miss its flavor.

    Looks indeed a little like it but next to each other there is a lot of difference. The flavor is really good.
