Shanghai Changes Taixing Lu - 5

…It had been already 2 months and something since we last walked on our old road.
Since then the street has changed a lot, the front buildings have all but a few disappeared. In the back you can see the buildings that were erected already some time ago.
(I don’t have a window in the street anymore to make these pics so now they come from a different angle.)

Development is sometimes for the best; but not at the cost of local history, and the disruption to the lives of the people who live there.
