French Bakery Paul

French Bakery Paul

Shanghai is a city of contradictions. On the one hand laundry hanging in the streets like it has been for a century, on the other an influx of western businesses offering goods that maybe common in the west but where hardly available a couple of years ago.

The French bakery Paul has entered town, offering bread like it’s supposed to be. A nice crust, salty and the price is not too bad, 18 kuai for a loaf
