This is a really good idea. I often take photos of nice buildings, but have no idea what they are/were, their importance etc. This sort of thing would solve that!

It’s great to hear Penang is working on protecting buildings. I have visited Penang a couple of times and it’s a lovely place, also good food:)

Heritage is also getting a wider audience in Penang, my hometown too. It is in Malaysia, if you wonder where that is!
Lots of buildings are being listed as heritage buildings and lots of preservations are being done too.
